I ordered a pram and it did take a bit longer to arrive than I was expecting. The tracking also didn’t really update for a couple of days, which was annoying!! That said, it showed up in good condition and the box wasn’t damaged at all. Overall, not a terrible experience, just think the delivery process could be a bit smoother.

I bought this from silvercrossbaby.com and my main worry was if it fit in our car boot. It does fit well, but if we have shopping in there too then I’ve got to take one wheel off. It’s not really a problem, it only takes a minute. Delivery was fine and the pram feel sturdy. I’d give it 5 stars if it folded down a bit smaller

I ordered a pram from Silver Cross and it was just like the description said. The colour, size and all the little bits and features were exactly what turned up, so there weren’t any awkward surprises. I was a bit unsure ordering without seeing it in person first, because sometimes photos can be... well, you know. But it looked the same as it did on the site. Really pleased with it and I’d definitely trust their product details again.

The return did get sorted in the end, so fair enough, but it took way more chasing than it should have. The warranty team did help once they got moving, but they weren’t exactly quick about it. Bit of a mixed experience really, not a disaster, but they definitely made it harder than it needed to be.

I’ve had my Silver Cross pram for a few months now, and it has been easier to keep clean than I was thinking it would be. Babies are just messy little people, so I sort of expected it to look a bit ruined quickly, but it hasn’t.
The fabric wipes down nicely, and the wheels are not a big drama to rinse off after muddy walks. Some bits come apart without me needing to get a bunch of tools out, which is good because I am not great with that stuff, to be honest.
I only had to look at the manual once for the maintenance bits, so that was fine. It still looks smart and feels sturdy after regular use, so yeah, I’m happy with it and would give it 5 stars

Overall I’m happy with the Silver Cross pram itself, it’s lovely to use and feels really well made. The annoying part was trying to figure out which accessories actually fit. A few things looked like they should work, then turned out to need extra adapters or just didn’t fit properly. Customer service did help eventually, but it took a bit of back and forth. I also found the reminder emails a bit much, they felt pushy and constant, which got irritating fast. It’s not a bad experience overall, I just wish the accessory info was clearer and the reminders weren’t so aggressive.

From what I remember when I first started using it, I didn’t expect the basket to fit much, but it’s actually been really handy. I’ve had nappies, a bit of shopping, and some toys under there with no trouble

I’m really pleased with how compact this gets when it’s folded down. It fits in my tiny car boot with space left over for shopping (which I wasn’t expecting at all). It’s made trips out feel so much easier and way less of a faff, tbh.

My order did show up and everything was fine, but the tracking updates threw me off a bit. I got an email that made it seem like it was still waiting to ship, then later I checked and it looked like it had already moved, so I wasn’t totally sure what day it was actually coming. I ended up checking the tracking myself a few times just to figure out where it was. Not a huge issue, but the updates could definitely be clearer.

I really like the clean look of it. The colors are muted, which is what I was hoping for, and it just fits in nicely with the rest of my stuff.

I’ve been really happy with this pushchair, which is a nice change because apparently some are designed to make every quick trip feel like a full workout. This one turns really easily, even in tiny shops and on busy pavements, so when I’m out on my own it doesn’t feel like I’m fighting with it the whole time.
The steering is smooth, it doesn’t feel heavy or awkward, and it handles kerbs surprisingly well. it just makes walks a lot less stressful, which you’d think would be the bare minimum for a pushchair, but here we are.

I was getting frustrated waiting for this stroller to arrive, but once we finally got it, I was relieved. It feels really solid and doesn’t wobble like our old one did. The brakes lock in place well, and the straps feel secure, so I feel a lot safer taking the baby out now, even on bumpier paths.

My baby seems really comfy in it, so I’m happy with it. Haven’t had any issues so far
